Oakwood Cottage has its own garden and enjoys splendid southerly views across unspoilt undulating Warwickshire landscape of fields and woodlands. It is tranquil, comfortable and well equipped and is situated in the heart of the “ Forest of Arden” area.

The accommodation comprises:

Ground floor – dining room, sitting room with inglenook and log burner, kitchen, cloakroom/wc. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumbledrier, dishwasher. The rooms are sunny with pleasant views.

First floor – a double bedroom with king size double bed, a twin room with 2 single beds, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are sunny and have wardrobe space. The bathroom has a wc, washbasin and bath with shower over.   On the landing is a good stock of books and games.

Outside – the kitchen and dining room doors give access to the garden which is private with a patio area. From the cottage there are footpaths to explore the local countryside.

Nearby – within easy reach are the restaurants at Henley in Arden, the theatre at Stratford-upon-Avon, numerous national trust properties and historic houses, and the NEC
