TARRIF

Mid June to mid September, Christmas, New Year, Easter and School Holidays	£580 per week
Mid September to mid October	£480 per week
April to mid June	£480 per week
Mid October to March (excluding Christmas and Easter)	£380 per week

Changeover day is Saturday. Normal arrival is 3.00 pm and departure is 10.00 am.

DEPOSIT

Booking is secured by payment of a £100 deposit. Full payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival. We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. In the event of cancellation within 60 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable. In the event of cancellation with 30 days of arrival 75% of the full price is payable.

The owners cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to personal possessions or personal accident whilst on the premises. Guests are expected to keep the accommodation clean and tidy as found and leave the accommodation in a similar condition. Guests will be responsible for the cost of any breakage, damage or exceptional cleaning by any member of the group.
